Aaron Losness

Aaron holds a B.A. in Finance from San Jose State University, and an M.B.A. from Notre Dame De Namur University. Aaron received his broker’s license in 2002, an appraiser’s license in 2003, and is an active member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors. His breadth of knowledge and years of expertise have enabled him to provide skilled property evaluations and financial analysis to all of his clients. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys traveling the world as much as he can. He has visited more than 50 countries and is fluent in Spanish. Aaron is also an avid triathlete, having completed his third Ironman in August 2017.

Christian Losness is a broker and partner at the Losness Group which he co-founded with his two partners in 2005. Christian has been speaking on apartment topics for the last seven years to local apartment owners, keeping them up to date on the local apartment economy and opportunities. He has been asked to write several magazine articles for the Apartment Owners Association, the California Apartment Association, and the Business Journal. Christian’s knowledge and specialization has helped several owners achieve record pricing for the apartments in recent years and he continues to be at the forefront of his industry. With a team of five brokers and 15 agents, the Losness Group helps its clients to thoroughly understand their options as investors and help achieve their investment goals. The Losness Group Apartment Brokerage focuses 100% in Silicon Valley apartment sales and acquisitions. Christian and his team have had over 120 million in multi-family transactions and are third largest in all companies for apartment transactions in 2012.

Kelly joins the group after a 10 year long career in the pharmaceutical industry working as a chemist for such companies as Genentech and Roche. Coming from generations of native Californians and being born and raised in the Bay Area, Kelly has always paid close attention to the local real estate economy. He understands the science of real estate investing and his passion for helping people has driven him to become an invaluable resource to those looking for financial planning and portfolio growth. Kelly specializes in helping you achieve your financial goals by listening to what it is that you want and providing a clear path to success. “I dove into the bio-tech world in hopes to help people by trying to make new cures for old diseases. Over the years Robert has purchased 11 different investment properties and managed a total 25 units, including buying below-market REOs, managing rehabs, property management, and marketing to sell at the highest price. Robert understands your perspective as an investor, buyer, seller or owner, and wants to hear about your needs and concerns and help you achieve your goals. After retiring from a successful high tech career, Timothy now devotes all of his tmie and efforts to helping his clients archiving financial independence. As an investor and professional real estate agent, Timothy emphasizes on the results, not rhetoric.

In addition, Brent has an accomplished background in home remodel and construction, which is very helpful to understanding properties. Brent is also a PGA Golf Professional for over 35 years.
