Robert’s first foray into income property was at age 16 when he convinced his father to keep the family house and rent it out rather than selling it. Over the years Robert has purchased 11 different investment properties and managed a total 25 units, including buying below-market REOs, managing rehabs, property management, and marketing to sell at the highest price.
